Meditation and mindfulness are tremendous tools to self-discovery. In the wisdom tradition of yoga & Buddhist philosophy, this 90 minute session will be part breath work, guided meditation & your reflections on your mediation experience. We are building a meditation mandala: a community of meditators to come together regularly.
